My name is Robert Greenwald and I run track for the Whippany Park High School Varsity track and fieldl team.
I am 6 feet 1 inches tall, I weigh 180 lbs(lean build) and currently play wide receiver and safety. My 40-yard dash time is a 4.7. My 100m time is an 11.7, however I have only ran this race twice. My 400m times is a 52.7 and in the 200m is a 23.7. I am closing in on the school record for the 400m and 200m, which I intend on breaking this year. High Jump is at 6 feet even. I am known for my ability to win jump balls in football. My long jump 18'11.75 currently.I run the 4x400 with consistent 52 splits.
My bench max is 225lbs. and my clean max is 195lbs. My squat max is 365. My deadlift max is 315. I actually enjoy weight lifting and have an interest in power lifting. I belong to a gym and worked with several trainers over the last year to learn more about proper weight lifting technique and nutrition.
I am completely dedicated to the coaches and the team. I attend all practices and give 100% effort and attention always. My teammates respect me for my ability and understanding of the game and I make every effort to encourage and support them. I have been mentoring one of the freshmen players and also worked with the little league players at the township football camp this past summer.
I am interested in possibly playing football and running track while attending college. My current thoughts are to major in education, physical education, or athletic training.
I am working hard to do well in school and prepare for the SAT so I can meet the requirements for your college. I took two math courses last year and will take calculus my senior year. My grade point average is currently 3.1 and I am taking two honors classes this year (Spanish and Physics) to try to boost this average. I have been proactively studying for the SAT for the past 6 months with Huntington Learning Center and have increased my scores on practice tests by 300 points. I will take the official SAT test for the first time this fall.
I appreciate your consideration and look forward to speaking with you.
