Dear Coach,

My name is Logan Styers and I run Varsity Track for Starmount High School, in Boonville, North Carolina. I am 5 feet 9 inches and I weigh 147 Ibs (lean build). My fastest 40 time was after a workout, I ran a 4.7. My 100m time is an 11.311.5. My longest jump in long jump was a 17 ́18 during my sophomore year. I compete in this event with the 100m, 200m(on occasions), 4x100, and the 4x200. Last season I finished 4th individually at our conference meet. My biggest achievements so far are being a conference champion in the 4x100 my freshman year then placing 3rd at regionals and making it to the state meet. I was named All Conference by other schools coaches my freshman year. I am very active outside of school athletics. I am a member of my school's chorus and participate in many volunteer missions with my church. I have been to Cincinnati, Norfolk, and Augusta, I also plan on going to Italy this summer and participating in a church project over there.
I am a very hardworking person and will give 110% to any of my coaches. I can get along with anyone and would show my teammates respect and trust, I would never give anything less than my best.
I maintain around 3.2 GPA and I have yet to take the SAT or ACT. As of right now I am open to study in any field and my main goal is to graduate with a degree.

I appreciate your consideration and look forward to speaking with you!
