My name is Casey McKelvie and I currently attend Chaparral High School in Temecula, CA and will be graduating in the spring of 2016. I have scored a 26 on the ACT and an 1870 on the SAT, while achieving a cumulative weighted 4.0 GPA. I am 6’1 tall, 193 lbs. and have been competing in high school baseball since 2012. My main positions are 1st base and 3rd base, though I have also played left and right field in the past.
Striving to compete and play the game at my highest level has always been a goal of mine. This mindset has lead to accomplishments throughout my high school career. On the baseball side, I have achieved an overall .460 batting average with 3 homeruns and over 50 RBI. I have received the Jackie Robinson H.E.A.R.T. award for overall MVP and showing all of the aspects of a great player. Off the field, I received the Principals Platinum Honor Roll for an overall GPA of 4.0 or higher.
Continuing to compete and strive in the classroom and off of the field at a collegiate level has always been a goal of mine. I feel as if I have prepared myself in order to encounter success at the next level. My dedication and hard work would consistently be represented to you on and off of the field. Given an opportunity to compete at a collegiate level would be a privilege, so I send my gratitude for your thoughtful consideration in me as a potential player and student at your university.
Sincerely,Casey McKelvie 951-750-2656 Email email@example.com
