Kenny Love Athletes For College Evaluator
Kenny Love was a multi sport athlete in high school before focusing solely on basketball. He was a three year starter at John Adams High School in South Bend, Indiana. Recruited by many mid-major colleges across the country, he chose to play one year at the Junior College level to better develop his skills and obtain offers from bigger D1 schools. During his year at Casper College in Wyoming Kenny was named to the all-Region IX team. He led the team in scoring, assists and steals in route to a Conference championship as team captain. His time at Casper College offered much success and exposure and he ultimately committed to the University of Oregon.
The then Pac 10 conference provided Kenny with many great experiences and allowed him to play against and with some of the best athletes in the country. He gained valuable experience as an athlete with the Ducks before injuries ultimately sidelined him. After redshirting due to medical reasons, Kenny transferred closer to home where he finished his career at the University of Southern Indiana as team captain. After winning the GLVC Conference championship, knee injuries ended Kenny’s career and he turned his focus to helping young athletes from a coaching and recruiting/evaluating position.
He currently coaches and trains in Phoenix, AZ, where he lives with his wife Victoria and two daughters Laila and Ella. As a former D1 athlete he knows what it takes to perform at the highest collegiate level. Kenny brings a unique and diverse perspective that he is anxious to share with all types of athletes.
