Head Men's Water Polo Coach Palomar College August 2003 – November 2011 (8 years) San Marcos, CA Trained, supervised, and educated students for collegiate level water polo by encouraging team work, innovative strategies, and work habits necessary to be successful in and out of college. Communicated effectively as an advisor, mentor, and coach to players that required additional guidance and support in school and in life (major emphasis in team building and goal setting). Lead by example to help players understand how hard work and determination lead to positive results in sports and personal life. Managed all fundraising and recruiting for Palomar’s Water Polo Team.  

Fitness Instructor Cal-a-Vie Health Spa 2008 – 2011 (3 years) Vista, CA Design, implement, and carryout aquatic / fitness classes for high-end clientele. Over see daily aquatic instruction protocols for all fitness staff. Guide guests through strength training and aerobic exercises to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. Maintain a high level of Customer Service to all guests. Worked with very high end clientele.  

Hall of Fame Salem International University February 2013 Inducted into the University's Hall of Fame for being the first All American in the school's history for the sport of Water Polo as well as being part of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society,
